I came to Factory Athletics a little over a year ago because I was doing HIIT classes and wanted something a little more challenging, and I’m glad I did! The owners and coaches, Mike and Mike are knowledgeable, passionate, and motivating. The classes are challenging, but the coaches will meet you where you are, ensuring you always feel capable of achieving your goals. I highly recommend this gym if you want to be in the best shape of your life, be part of a supportive and encouraging group of men and women, or if you want to maintain your fitness level and be part of a welcoming fitness community.
