I've been going to F45 Training for about a year now, and it has been absolutely phenomenal! From the quick 2-minute tutorial on the day's routine , to the variety of circuit training programs , to the amazing instructors walking the floor to comment on form and give encouragement , every session is top-notch. I am starting a team training after long Covid19 break and reluctantly joined F45. To my pleasant surprise, found workouts at F45 very exciting, welcoming, fast moving, and complete. The gym is very clean and provides facilities like showers in house. Earlier gyms that I had been dedicated each day for a focused workout such as upper or lower body. That was good but if you missed a day you miss a working that section. Here work outs are on interesting stations and you move quickly. Variety make it interesting and gives a complete and wholesome workout. Found the owners dedicated, caring, and committed. The people who I work out found very supportive and enthusiastic. Everyday, I look forward to going to this gym and working out.
