Elaine is truly my favorite which is hard because they are all amazing. But Elaine not only was the coach/trainer that got me signed up as a member, but always follows up. Has a great memory because she recalls things I wanted to accomplish that I had forgotten about.Elaine is my favorite because of her bubbly energy..its not over the top but she is a good energy to be around. Also her modifications have been the best so far instruction wise and ability to improve wise. If I tell anyone to sign up I would make sure they ask for Elaine as point person

Arrived at 9:01AM for a 9:00AM class as was stuck in traffic and they would not let me in. Pretty ridiculous given my experience at other F45 gyms where the class never starts on time and the first 5 minutes is typically them just doing a demo of the workout. Nice people but to kick someone out of an 1 hour class for arriving 1 minute late is pretty absurd if you ask me.That said, they have a lot of great reviews - so I am sure it is a great experience if you arrive on time. That doesnt change my view that their extremely strict policy is unnecessary though.EDIT: thanks for the reply. Still doesnt change the fact that the policy is overly strict for no reason. Arriving 1 minute late is hardly joining in the middle of the demo

This is my favorite F45 location! I love the coaches and the gym is super spacious and open.
