I’ve been going to F45 Training for about two months and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The workouts are fast-paced, structured, and changed daily, so it never feels repetitive or boring. I like that everything is already planned out—you just show up and get a full-body workout in about 45 minutes.

It’s been great way to stay motivated and keep showing up. The work out is great and coaches are so helpful and would walk you through each step just bit costly though
