It took me a long time to find a gym that challenged me but also made me feel comfortable. I am very happy with the f45 workouts and the staff is excellent.

My experience at Bay Shore F45 has been life changing, I feel great!! The coaches are all AMAZING they are knowledgeable and encouraging. The gym is always clean and is a welcoming training environment. I love that the workouts can be adjusted to all skill levels and challenging for everyones personal goals. Im never bored with the variety of workouts, guidance from the trainers, encouragement from the other gym members and great workout music. All I have to do is show up and try my best!

I am loving this studio! The workouts go so quick and I love that they change it up often so you dont get bored. The trainers are motivating and very helpful with form. Highly recommend !!
