In town for work, and first time at this location, but wanted to get an early morning workout in before my flight so had to bring my luggage. Got an email with some strict language saying you must be there 10 min before class. Made sure I timed my Uber to arrive 10 min before, I get there and the door is locked, lights are off so I stand outside with my luggage. Coach rolls up a few minutes before the class time, nonchalant like nothing is the matter, with no acknowledgement to the people waiting outside as he unlocks the door. Workout was similarly disorganized, seemed like the coach didn’t know all the stations and was fumbling through. Was reorganizing equipment at the stations during the workout while people are in motion, almost tipped over a tower of dumbbells while doing it. He had a weird vibe the whole time like he was annoyed to be there, which was odd because the awesome/welcoming culture at other locations is one of the main reasons I work out at F45. Water dispenser somehow ran out of water to top it all off. Overall I am glad this is not my home gym

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the F45 Dallas Arena location. I signed up for a 6:30 PM class through my passport visits and arrived just two minutes late due to confusion about where to park—it was my first time visiting this studio. By the time I made it to the door (6:32PM), it was locked, and it was already starting to rain. I waited outside, assuming I’d be let in after the demo wrapped up. At 6:35PM, Eryn finally opened door where I was kindly denied entry due to “studio policy.” I completely understand the importance of being on time, but this level of rigidity—especially over a couple of minutes and for a first-time visitor—felt unwelcoming and inflexible. I’ve attended many F45 locations across DFW using passport visits, and I’ve never encountered anything like this. Every other location has been understanding and helpful, particularly for first-time guests. The location itself is also inconvenient and not easy to navigate for first-timers. After this experience, I won’t be returning—and I’ll be sure to stick with the more welcoming F45 studios that treat guests with a little more grace and understanding.
