Was in town for work, so needed a place to workout. Coach Oz welcomed me and my coworkers like we were regulars. Id never done F45 before, but I had such a great experience that Im looking for F45s in my area. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Would highly recommend! Staff took time to explain the process to new comers in a respectful manner and encouraged positive challenges to not give up on the last rep!

I love F45! The workouts are always fresh and never feel repetitive. The 45 minute classes fly by but still give me a great workout. I also really appreciate that they demo everything beforehand it makes it way easier to feel confident going in. The coaches are super nice, help with form, and make the whole vibe really welcoming.
