The 7-day trial was a total success — I absolutely fell in love with the team! From day one, everyone at F45 was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. The training sessions were great — definitely challenging, but in the best way. The coaches push you while still making sure you feel encouraged and confident throughout the workout. The team creates such a positive and motivating environment that makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for effective workouts and an amazing community! 💪

One thing I really love about F45 is that every workout is different. You never get bored because each day focuses on something new, whether it’s strength, cardio, or a mix of both. The workouts are definitely challenging, but in the best way. And the best part? It’s only 45 minutes. Somehow they pack so much into that time that you leave feeling like you really worked hard. It’s intense, efficient, and so worth it.
