Ive been coming to F45 for about a month (3 classes per week) and am already seeing results! The exercises are easy to follow, and the instructors are helpful with checking on our form! There are morning, mid day, and evening options which makes it easy to incorporate it into my busy schedule. I also like the structure of each class! It makes working out more fun and it goes by so fast!
