Ive working out at EVOLVE for about one year I take the lower body and athletic conditioning classes. Sharif the owner is super scientific and precise with the workout routines. The moves you do are not random, the evidence is the strength Ive built in the last year. I can squat heavier and deeper than ever before. Highly recommend. Make sure you load up on carbs/ caffeine beforehand youll need it. Also most people there are clearly very fit but everyone is super supportive and nice great way to meet new people.

Ive been a member at Evolve for about six months, so this review is coming from someone who attends classes regularly and genuinely enjoys the workouts themselves. The programming is challenging, the format keeps you moving, and its a great workout if youre looking for something structured and high energy.I also want to give credit where its due Maddie and Colleen have both taken the time to learn my name and check in during workouts, which I really appreciate. That kind of interaction makes a big difference in a boutique fitness environment.That said, there are a few things about the overall member experience that I think could be improved, especially considering the membership price.One issue Ive noticed repeatedly is with transitions between stations. If the previous person changes the weights and doesnt reset them, it can take a good portion of the next persons set just to fix the setup. Because transitions are so fast, it can sometimes be difficult to get a coachs attention to help adjust things quickly, which occasionally means losing part of the working time.Another thing that has stood out to me is the level of interaction with members overall. In the six months Ive been attending classes, Maddie and Colleen are the only coaches who have taken the time to learn my name. Ive also noticed that some members seem to receive more coaching attention than others. I completely understand that classes can be busy, but at a boutique studio it would be nice for regular members to feel more acknowledged and supported.Ive also had mixed experiences with the front desk. One time when I walked into a 5:30pm class, another girl walked in behind me and the front desk employee immediately greeted and began talking with her while I was standing right there. It appeared they knew each other, but I wasnt acknowledged even though I walked in first. Small moments like that stand out. Im not usually someone who complains, but when youre paying around 200 a month, customer service and member acknowledgment matter.Overall, the workouts themselves are solid and thats the main reason I continue coming. I just think the member experience especially coaching interaction and small operational details like reminding people to reset weights between stations could be improved to better match the premium price point.

Such a great community and Sharif is the best! He loves what he does and you can tell with every class! Came here once and havent stopped!
