Evolve Athletic Club is a great gym! I highly recommend Evolve for small group personal training and group fitness classes. Mike is a wonderful trainer who is knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. He takes the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported while still pushing you to do your best. The classes are accessible for all fitness levels, and modifications are offered depending on your ability. I’ve been a member for years and have consistently had a great experience. If you’re looking for a personalized, fun, and comfortable environment that will challenge you and give you a great workout, I highly recommend Evolve!
