This gym is staffed by some of the most knowledgeable people in the fitness industry. Every single person is a multidisciplinary powerhouse.. The Pilates instructors are truly some of the most well trained and tough instructors on the east coast. Lucky to be in this area to be able to access such a tremendous knowledge base in one building. The massage therapists are some of the most knowledgeable and educated that I have encountered.
