Marina, the instructor/owner is incredibly welcoming and creates such a positive environment for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Every single class is an amazing workout—challenging, high energy, and different every time so you never get bored. I have had experiences at other gyms and this one is by far the best! What I appreciate most is the supportive atmosphere. It’s not intimidating at all, even if you're new to kickboxing (which I was and am still learning). You feel encouraged from the moment you walk in. If you're looking for a fun way to get in shape, relieve stress, and be part of a great community, I highly recommend giving Euphoria a try. The music is great, the energy is high, and every workout is designed differently to ensure you train all your muscles throughout the week. Some exercises are even created by the coach, Marina B., herself. Marina is one of the kindest, funniest, and most skilled coaches I’ve ever trained with. I really appreciate the way she runs her classes—keeping things challenging yet enjoyable—and how she pays attention to each individual’s form and technique. The gym community is incredibly welcoming and includes not just friendly members but also Marina's pet who’s always happy to greet you. Hand wraps are available for purchase, and there’s a vending machine (with digital payment options) that offers water and nutrition. You can also use the gym solely for weightlifting with a separate fee. If you’re driving, parking is never an issue. If you prefer biking, the gym is easily accessible from Norwood Depot, Norwood Central, and Windsor Gardens. Pro tip: If you’re interested in light sparring, just inquire —they might be able to arrange something on the side.
