I had a wonderful experience at Equinox 92nd Street thanks to Jency at the front desk. He was extremely professional, efficient, and genuinely polite. He handled my questions quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Excellent service truly a great representative of Equinox!
