Terrible location. No windows since the gym is underground, way too many trainers and staff on the floor, this location needs a complete overhaul.

The gym is always overcrowded and smells likely due to poor ventilation

Terrible general management and customer service. If you reach out to them with any issues they bounce you back and forth between different people for several weeks without a solution. General Manager is completely unhelpful. Better to sign up at a different club or a different gym altogether.
