Williamsburg location is top tier and is one of the most friendly locations in NYC. The staff there is the reason why I like to go- the front desk crew is always so nice (consistently), the cleaning crew is also so on top of it. The General manager Jakin needs a shout out for being able to tap into any small things you need and give you answers with patience. These all sound easy to do and it should be the norms but its not that easy to keep up with the consistency everyday and show up. I really enjoy going there and everytime I go i feel the pleasure and joy!

I think this location gets a bad rep because of its size, however the entire staff here - from the cleaners, to the front desk staff (have not had experience with the trainers) are all incredible, friendly, and clearly care about their jobs. This is one of the most well-maintained locations I have been to - everything is always impeccably cleaned at all hours. I think the Domino location opening up also lightened the traffic here. The gym has been getting more packed month over month. What baffles me is that you constantly see advisors give tours and initiate new members. Where are they going to put them? The gym is crazy packed already.
