I have enjoined the chestnut hill gym in Boston for a year. But more than a month ago the app on my phone stopped working . This made it very inconvenient to select the classes that I wanted to take, timeconsuming to check in and sign up for a class. My endless conversations w themanager Nick did not help me to solve the problem. I also want to call your attention to the weak water presser at the showers of the womens locker room. And also steam room which lately is too often out of order.
