It is comical to call this a luxury club. ALL showers are completely closed for multiple days and the staff has yet to even notify members. You have to get there to find out. The amenities in the locker room are always out of stock. Paying 300/month and you can't even shower or rely on listed amenities.

Steam rooms out of order atleast 50% of the time. Influencers filming TikToks in the ladies bathroom, and staff do nothing. Restrictive hours, and busy during peak times. This is the worst Equinox location Ive ever visited.
