Great gym. Never too crowded, very spacious, staff is awesome + held my suitcases at the front desk. The downstairs section is a bit dated but still functional.

I recently took two Classical Pilates sessions with Cara, and they were fantastic. Not only did she guide me through the exercises, but she also explained why I struggle with certain movementsespecially flexionwhich gave me several real aha moments. She caught and corrected small details that made a huge difference in how I moved and engaged my core.One of the sessions was on the spine corrector, and I was amazed at how much more challenging the exercises became and how deeply they worked my core. I truly love Classical Pilates, especially the archived, traditional movements, and Cara delivered that experience beautifully. Her teaching helped me deepen my understanding of the work and my own body. I would absolutely take her sessions again when my schedule allows.
