The Soho Equinox employees are the most incompetent in the entire Equinox portfolio - the customer service is appalling.Worst training and customer service Ive ever experienced. The front desk employee refused to help me with a lost item was and immediately dismissed me with theres nothing we can do and were not liable while getting defensive as I was simply trying to recover my belongings.I had to push just to get a manager to come out and explain the policy. The manager then told me the employee did everything right which made no sense because she clearly didnt even know the policy or how to help. If she had handled it correctly the manager wouldnt have needed to come out and explain it.

Inappropriate and disgusting public advertisement, sexualizing and objectifying a disembodied teenager girl head!!! How is this related to gym anyways? A brand like this needs to be cancelled
