I have been going to this gym for two and a half years now, and have been very happy! I also had the incredible pleasure of training with Chanel for a year and a half. She is an amazing trainer, and completely transformed how I work out and my relationship with exercise. When we first started working together, we discussed my goals and workout history. At the time, I was very new to weightlifting and had a lot of reservations, but she programmed effective and fun workouts that I still follow to this day! She helped me discover strength and mobility that I didn’t realize I was capable of, and always made sure that I was safe and comfortable while still encouraging me to challenge myself. Chanel is also a bright ray of sunshine and super fun to be around, so I looked forward to every single session and our dance parties in between sets. Outside of our sessions, she also was always happy to answer questions I had around nutrition and additional movements I was doing on my own! Now, I have a love for fitness and exercise that I never had before, and I am so endless grateful for Chanel and the opportunity to work with her. I cannot recommend enough incorporating strength training into your life, especially if you’re a woman, and Chanel will help you reach your goals faster and more joyfully!

Chanel is a fantastic trainer at the Glendale Equinox. I'm a woman over seventy and she has helped me gain muscle strength, balance and stronger bones. Chanel is very knowledgeable and tailors each workout to my specific needs making it a joy to be there. I highly recommend her as a trainer/coach.

I’ve been a member here for many years, and I can tell you, there’s no one like Chanel. I have been training with her for quite some time now and she’s absolutely amazing. Great listener, very knowledgeable, and truly understands your needs. It’s not a one size fits all with her. She caters to your needs and makes adjustments every time based on how you feel. We have been working on somatic movement, and it’s helped me significantly. I highly recommend Chanel, she’s truly a life saver!
