ES is way better than any other gym in the area, especially for how affordable it is and he fact that its 24 hours. The gym is always clean and for this reason its usually packed. If you can just avoid going between 5 PM8 PM to skip the busiest time you should be good.If youre new to the gym and dont know where to start, Id definitely recommend skipping LA Fitness, or 24 Hour Fitness and signing up here instead. The staff are super friendly, the training programs are affordable, and the personal training options are really effective.Special shoutout to my trainer Joel! Hes gone above and beyond to make sure I'm learning the why behind my workouts and if there's anything new I want to learn he's always more than willing to teach me.Overall ive had a 5 star experience here.
