I hate to resort to a negative Google review, but I feel this is my last resort at receiving a response from a human. I signed up for personal training at this location. The trainers cancelled 66% of the time, always after I already arrived, therefore I requested to cancel the services, due to failure to provide services over half of the time. I was told because I signed a contract, they were unable to cancel, despite Eoss failure to provide the service I was paying for. I have emailed corporate, they do not respond, but rather forward my email to ABC billing. I called them, they said they cannot stop the charges unless Eos authorizes them. I love this gym chain, and have been coming here for almost 10 years, but this has been one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. Currently I am just disputing every 88 transaction when they come through twice a month. But this is a tedious process. PLEASE, can a human please respond? I dont want to have to cancel my credit card entirely to be rid of this, as I really do love the amenities at Eos. Member ID 867541044
