I normally don't write reviews unless it's a great or an extremely bad experience, in this case it's the latter. The sauna has been out of service for over a month - that's ridiculous - not to mention they don't have problem taking my money. Unfortunately, ownership/management doesn't care and the only awnser staff can say is "we're getting a new one" - its not like EOS doesn't have the money. I'll tell you what they don't have - "customer appreciation." I'm no profit but here's what's going to happen, soon after they get it working, they'll shut it down to make repairs on the wood. Unfortunately common sense does not always prevail - stop putting band-aides on the wood and make that repair now that it's down and needed - along with a good cleaning and sanitization because it stinks!!! Lastly, what makes this situation even worse/hilarious - the government shut-down and the Iran situation will get resolved before this is.
