It is a nice gym but it gets really busy in the evening. Clean facilities and a good staff.

I got a Free 7-Day Gym Pass from your website but couldn't use it. I went into the gym at 11:10pm and they said I could only use the pass during the day when the consultants are there. Well I work day shifts and like to exercise at night after 11pm. I wanted membership at a 24-hour gym so that I could exercise at night. Even though your gym is 24-hour, it looks like it wouldn't work out for me. I suggest you use the word "required" tour on your website instead of complimentary tour. I suggest you add the times that prospective members could use the pass so we won't waste our time. Thanks.
