EmpowHer is an amazing boutique gym in Murray. Its built on a community of women who encourage and lift each other up inside and outside the doors. So many age ranges and fitness levels all with a goal of getting stronger!I needed flexible class schedules and empowher has this. 2-3 morning class options and the same for afternoons, so theres always one to fit your schedule.Teela also has several different class types occasionally like yoga, Pilates, barre, Zumba and kickboxing.If youre not a class girl..the open gym side has lots of equipment and is 24 hours.Dont wait to try it!!

A couple of friends begged me to attend a class. First class is 5, so not much to lose. I liked it so I bought an 8 class package. After 8 classes, I was hooked. Updated my membership to 12 per month and now Im up to unlimited classes per month. The 515 class was scary at first but now my body looks toward to it. I really love the location and the women I get to workout with every day! If you are on the fence, start with 4 but be warned, it wont be enough!!
