Elite Physiques is a private personal training studio in Oceanside run by John Maglio, a trainer with over 25 years in the industry who works with clients on a one-on-one basis and is sought out by serious athletes and people determined to get results. The studio specializes in personalized attention—while one client is being trained, there are no more than two other clients on equipment at once, with staff designing workouts to meet the individual needs of each client. The facility features a well-equipped mix of weights, weight lifting equipment, and cardiovascular machines in an immaculately clean environment.
