Really just a great place, beyond just lifting, at elite it feels like everyone knows everyone and its just a great community.

Ive been a member since day one. Between the equipment , staff , and a true 24-7 operation you will not find a better gym atmosphere to sweat in than this one. Duane and HR are always there to help and assist in any way shape or form. So much knowledge and experience inside the building. I can not count the hours Ive spent in there picking their brains on workouts , diet , recovery , and overall health. I love that spot and will continue there. Ive been in a lot of gyms over many yrs and you wont find many places that check the boxes like elite. If youre not a member youre only hurting yourself. So get your butt in there and lock in on the new and approved you.

One of if not the best gyms in the Roanoke ValleyIf you're tired of crowded commercial gyms and want a place that actually feels like a gym, this is it. Old-school iron, no nonsense, and everything you need to get real work in. Its not packed like the big chain spots, so youre not waiting around for equipment or fighting for space.The atmosphere is focused and authenticpeople here are about getting stronger, not taking selfies. If you appreciate a classic lifting environment with solid equipment and room to breathe, youll love this place.
