Gym workout

Canceled back in a November over the phone and saw that there was reviews about about people getting charged so i switched the billing to my cash app when the last payment came out. so i couldnt be charged anymore. i have been billed about everyday single day since then. ive tried calling multiple times, texts to different platforms ive heard nothing i just continue getting charged.

The only reason Im writing a review is due to the fact that they will not cancel my membership. I requested a cancellation back in August and they viewed my message. I continued to be charged. I sent another message and they did not view it. I left a written letter requesting termination with a signature, per the contract terms and conditions. I sent a picture of the letter sitting on their desk. Still no word from them and I continue to be charged. I swapped to a different gym back in August hence why I requested my membership to this gym be cancelled. This is by far the worst experience Ive had with a gym. Very disappointing and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
