I’ve been going to Elevate Fitness for over a year now. Technically over 200 classes, per the app- but who’s counting? (Ps: this girl!) I’ve done various kinds of fitness in the past: Crossfit Affiliate, Peloton, Boot Camp, Orange Theory, Camp Gladiator, etc. Ironically, I’m much older now, but I’m seeing so much more progress now. The coaches and the programming are fantastic. While the classes are a similar style to Crossfit (no don't be scared!), it's not near as competitive and EVERYONE wins. The scales are always offered on any workout . I also really like that they offer a sculpt class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, that is more focused on weights and less intense conditioning Come join us!

Highly recommend coach Eman & Elevate Fitness. My partner and I have been working with her as our personal trainer for about a year and we have seen great progress in our fitness journey. From the outset our goals were to improve technique and structure sustainable workouts. Eman has done an great job of tailoring our workouts to our personal experience levels, myself being fairly experienced with strength training and my partner having practically zero experience. Eman is exceptional at breaking down and explaining each exercise to ensure we execute in a proper and sustainable manner. We enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of the Elevate community and encourage anyone, regardless of fitness level to check it out.
