Fatimah of Edgy Girl Fitness Studio is absolutely amazing. Ive been going to this gym for almost a year now, and when I first started, I was personally navigating grief. I joined as a way to exercise and get fit, not realizing it would turn into so much more.Fatimah is incredibly professional and truly the best at what she does. From day one, she completed my initial assessment with weigh-ins and photos, took time to understand my goals, and created a personalized workout plan that also included meal prep guidance. She conducts monthly progress check-ins, which keep you accountable and motivated.Edgy Girl is more than just a gym its a movement. The ladies who are members are absolutely amazing in their own individual ways. They have supported me throughout my healing journey. We support one another, pray together, motivate each other, and genuinely encourage one another.The studio itself is warm and inviting. Its clean, the equipment is well maintained, and it truly feels like home. Its also in a great location, right in the heart of Eagles Landing, making it easy and convenient to get to.Ive remained consistent with my workout sessions as well as my meal prep. My diet has always been a challenge, but Im doing it Im eating right, and Im eating to fuel my body, thanks to Fatimah and her constant encouragement. She holds me accountable, and that makes a world of difference.Ive been maintaining my weight, toning, and building muscle. I look at myself and Im truly in awe. I am doing it.
