I've been going to E-Town for about 18 months, using their semi-private training option. The coaches are attentive to your form and your limits; wise about balancing challenge and encouragement; and thoughtful about progression and variety. The folks at the gym are friendly and supportive of each other. There's a lot of variety in age, ability, and athleticism. Some are in great shape, and some are just starting working out (like me.) And the facilities are clean and well-kept. There are a lot of options for training, so it works well around your schedule.

ETown has been a great gym to work out at over the past two years with structured programming within a small group environment and an app that helps you keep track of progress. The coaching is very helpful and they hold you accountable.

I love the ease of E-town. I am able to effortlessly sign up for a session and then follow the posted workout. The best part of E-town is that I am maximize the hour that I have dedicated to working out that day. The workouts are hard and challenging. The trainers and friendly and supportive. The gym is clean and the app allows to track your weekly progress.
