One of the best gyms I have been apart of. I was welcomed by many during my first class and unlike any other gym I’ve been too, takes a long term approach to health and fitness, not just a push until you collapse mentality. This gym is exactly what I needed to come back from repeated lower back injuries. I can be overly competitive and will push through warning signs of injury without even knowing it. I was stuck in a cycle of injury, rest, return, short time later injury again. With DSC programming and philosophy I was able to ramp up appropriately since joining and haven’t had show stopping injuries since while improving my capacity and strength. They incorporate mobility in their weight classes and have separate recovery classes which have both helped me return to a place that I’ve wanted to be with my fitness for a long time. DSC has the best coaches and members to boot

Dynamic Strength and Conditioning is THE gym you join and never want to leave. It's a fun, energetic environment with coaches who are always ready to assist you. The workout are awesome! It's cold outside, so come in and get your sweat on!
