DTC CrossFit

I love this gym. The coaches Lyndsay, Jeff, Chase and Deshawn are awesome, they take the time to coach everyone on form to increase longevity. The workouts are challenging and fun. The WOD motivates me to get better everyday. Most importantly the members are high quality people. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. Having a community like this makes it exciting to get a good sweat in regularly.

I was in the DTC area for work recently and dropped into DTC (Driven To Conquer) CrossFit. What an awesome experience! Chase replied to my inquiry email right away, and from the moment I walked in for the 5am class, I felt so welcomed! The community was incredible! Very friendly, encouraging and full of energy! Chris (the self proclaimed welcoming committee) and owner Chase went out of their way to make me feel at home.The workouts were challenging yet adaptable for all levels and the programming kept things exciting. It was supposed to be a deload week, but I ended up hitting 2 PRs! The Rocky Mountain High (aka Altitude and Lack of Oxygen) added a fun twist to the week, coming from several thousand feet closer to sea level and Thursdays sweat day cardio/metcon mix was a great change-up.The facility itself was very clean, spacious and well equipped. There were plenty of pull-up bars, bikes, ski ergs and rowing machines to go around. I cant recommend Driven To Conquer CrossFit enough, and Ill DEFINITELY be back the next time Im in town. Huge thanks to Chase and the whole Driven To Conquer Crossfit community for an amazing week!
