I had never really done CrossFit before, but after three months at Driving Force CrossFit, I can honestly say I feel myself getting stronger every week and feeling the progress. The environment is super positive, everyone wants to see you improve no matter where you start. The coaches in my experience especially with Jeff and Freyma, are awesome and always push you to push YOURSELF. Every workout challenges me, but thats what keeps me coming back. The community, the people, the equipment, everything about this place is top-notch and a place I recommend to all :)

Entramos solo para probar una clase y boom! nos quedamos . Casi no hacamos ejercicio, pero aqu nos motivamos a aprender cada da ms. Freyma es una excelente profe, el ambiente es agradable y el lugar tiene una vibra que te hace querer volver. 100% recomendado
