This gym has everything you needand more. Friendly staff, a full range of free weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells), solid weight machines, and plenty of cardio equipment (ellipticals, stair climbers, treadmills). On top of that, youve got showers and even a tanning bed.At the end of the day, it delivers exactly what a gym should: a clean, well-equipped place to lift, train hard, and get after it. If youre expecting a luxury resort, this probably isnt your spotbut chances are, youd find something to complain about there too.If youre looking for a reliable, no-nonsense gym to work out, sweat, and get better, this is it.

Place is always clean, some of the cables need to be tightened

Was staying downtown for a couple weeks for work, wanted a local gym. They worked with me on a 2wk membership and staff was aweome. Small gym with all you need to get a good lift on. Heavy dumbells as well which was great
