I've been a part of CrossFit for almost seven years now. Over the years, I visited seven different gyms, both in another state and here in Colorado. A few months ago, some wonderful friends invited me to check out this place, and Im so glad I did! Everyone here has made me feel incredibly welcomed into the community. The coaches are fantastic and really care about their members! Plus, theyre starting to learn basic American Sign Language (ASL), which will help improve communication for me and others. I definitely recommend giving it a tryyou might just find a new favorite spot!

At DeNovo, the atmosphere is always welcoming and fun, whether it's your first WOD or your 1000th. Athletes range in age from preteen to 70+ and represent all levels of fitness. The coaches are highly trained (CF-L2 and higher), and the equipment and facility are top-notch. 5 stars +
