I was honestly a bit nervous to start strength training, but D1 made me feel right at home from the second I walked in. I was worried about not knowing what I was doing, but the coaches are incredible—they meet you exactly where you are. They focus so much on teaching proper technique and making sure you’re comfortable with every movement. If you're a beginner looking for a place that is supportive and not intimidating, this is it!

Our son has loved training with Coach Tom. They have a fantastic connection and I love that he’s learning to lift weights safely at his own pace. I highly recommend this team and facility!
