Highly recommend this place! Fantastic staff & trainers! Coach Sebastian helped my kid tremendously! He is awesome!

My son (9y) has been training at DI Training in Aledo for two years and goes 56 times a week. Its been a great after-school activity that gives him structure and has a lot of health benefits.He recently broke his collarbone and is itching to get back, and we cant wait to have him return as well. The coaches are great and really care about the kids. Highly recommend this program!

This gym is fantastic. The instructors are dedicated, the turf helps me push without pain, the variety of agility, strength, core, and aerobic workouts are a perfect mix and keep me motivated and challenged. Having been a member for several years, I enjoy the consistent drive to achieve more one day at a time!
