Coach Coop & team have exceeded expectations in so many ways. It is a great environment for kids to learn how to move their bodies, build confidence, and develop relationships with trainers who have been there. Dont let the cost scare you away, the value is 100% there.

Training at D1 these past 4 months has been so rewarding! From the challenges of each workout, the coaches who motivate you to do your best, and the community who is there to support you, it truly is the best place to train!

If you have an athlete that is looking to improve during the off-season, I would highly recommend the one on one training sessions D1 offers. We have been training with Coach Santiago since January, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. Not only has my daughter increased her speed, strength, & endurance, Coach Santiago has helped build up her confidence and leadership skills. D1 has a team of coaches who will individualize a workout plan designed around your athlete and their sport. Give them a call!!
