D1 is top-notch from the time you walk in to an extremely clean & organized facility, and then meet the professional owners Jason & Danielle who run a tight-ship while ensuring all members work hard, exhibit discipline & respect, while still having fun. The workouts are carefully planned and differentiated each day. And if you are curious if it works…absolutely-my daughter loves going there, enjoys the people, & her growing stack of 1st place ribbons is also a bonus!
