I have been practicing yoga for years on my own and recently decided to brave a studio again. I took a hot yoga class with Anne Marie Woodward and was extremely pleased. I was a bit nervous about going back having not practiced in front of anyone but the dog for years, but Anne Marie made me feel incredibly comfortable. She took care to find me a spot that wasn't in front and gave me an easier alternative on a pose when I needed one without drawing attention to me. After class I felt more relaxed and refreshed than I have in ages. The studio is very clean and comfortable with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. An overall excellent experience I highly recommend.

Love the Build and Cycle classes here! The instructors are energetic and can give you that extra push you need! Even at 6am! The studio is very clean and organized! It's great they have an app to easily book classes and buy packages!
