I had the pleasure of training with Kaleb at CYB. He tailored workouts specifically to my goals, ensuring each session was both challenging and enjoyable. Kaleb is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness always providing valuable insights and encouragement. He answered all my questions, showed me ideas to improve my technique. He personalized my experience down to every detail, even asking what music motivates me and had it playing when I walked in. The personalized attention and motivation made a significant difference in my progress.

This place is amazing!!!I was visiting town and decided to take a few classes here- now Im going home wishing I could bring CYB studios with me. The teachers I had were friendly, energetic and engaging. I tried some classes Ive never done before and I felt safe and taken care of. In addition to the top notch instructors, the support staff in the studio really made me feel welcome and were very helpful. They remembered me from the week before and genuinely wanted to know how everything was going.Workouts were complete with meaningful warmups and cool downs! A pet peeve of mine is when there isn't a cool down after an intense work out and the class is just like ok byeeee.... but not here! They really care about your bodily safety and health and a proper cool down is so important so I was stoked!I left felling happy and sweaty.I have participated in a variety of gym group exercise atmospheres; from CossFit, to yoga, HIIT, pilates, and the good old rec-center classes.... this place really takes the cake!Thank you!PS please expand and open one in Summit County Colorado! Ill be there in an instant

I have been going to CYB for about 2 years! I was very nervous being in a gym type community but there was absolutely nothing to be afraid of. CYB crew has seen a lot of my ups and downs but dont know it lol. From struggling mentally, physically..emotionally. In these two years they have done such a good job keeping me motivated and I truly have a structured regimen because of them. Right now Im going through some hard times and coming in to see Heathers face, Claires face, Kinsey and the other girls just really makes me feel at home. Thank you to the whole CYB gang. From the bottom of my heart.
