I really like going here. Tha people are friendly and the staff is great.

I've struggled with my weight my whole adult life and really don't like exercise, but with Curves, you can be in and out in 30 minutes. You can also work out longer if you wish. Being consistent with my diet and exercise has been key for me, and this has helped me lose 36 pounds so far this year. Marina, the owner, and Gayle, an employee, are lovely women who are helpful without hovering. It's been a very enjoyable experience for me.

I just wanted to praise Gaile Harrison, for being such a heart warming human being. She is so loving and caring. Makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. She deserves a raise!
