Gym itself is nice overall.Upkeep / Marketing / Business operations is what give it the 1 star.For over a year & before opening they claim to lock in before prices rise. EVERY SINGLE EMAIL. Fear mongering customers isn't a way to sign people up.Front door has been broken for weeks, multiple treadmills, the water on tap doesn't look like the spouts get cleaned. Constant leaks from the roof, thankfully the weather is getting better. Many equipments material is torn up sometimes patched over.This place is over crowded by teenagers and wanna-be fitness influencers.It has been stated by everyone but paying top tier price thats supposed to get you access to the cold plunge and pool that will never be finished. It also gets you access to the sauna which everyone else has access to. It also allows you to bring in a guest but there is a sign that says your guests aren't allowed to use the amenities. It also allows you a discount on merch and products; there is no merch and the products are already marked up. I'd rather walk to GNC where it's still marked up but cheaper than buying there.Parking lot is overcrowded and the lines don't make sense.Overall this gym is nice and has so much potential but I feel like the ball is being dropped big time.

I was hoping Id have a lot of great things to say about this place. When I went in to originally sign up and took the tour the guy who showed me around explained that they were having some difficulties with the pool but itd be up in about three months and then showed me where the Pilates room was going to be and I asked if that would be available for members like all the other classes that we could just sign up and take it and he confirmed now 6 to 7 months later the pool is still not up and running they have started their Pilates classes but they have now informed members that is going to be anywhere to an additional hundred dollars to just take the Pilates reformer classes upon this information I decided to cancel my membership due to the lack of communication about the pool and the Pilates reformers I think if youre paying 80 for the premium membership you should be able to have access to everything when canceling my membership the Woman helping me was fairly ply she was apologetic because she was new and still learning the system the gentleman that was up there with her was extremely rude and upon canceling the membership and leaving I said thank you I wish them a good night And they both just looked at me gave no response no smile. Very disappointed in this gym very disappointed in the management very disappointed in the customer service Ill be going back to Brenda athletics
