Super frustrating experience. I stopped into the gym yesterday to cancel my membership since my family and I recently moved from Michigan and are currently in temporary housing while relocating again soon. With just my husband and our three kids here and no family nearby, the membership simply isnt something we can use right now.When I walked in, there were three staff members at the front desk. I asked to cancel my membership, they pulled up my account and told me, No problem, well get this cancelled. They wrote some notes on a clipboard and I assumed it would be passed along to a manager to process. I left expecting to receive a cancellation confirmation email.This morning I still hadnt received anything, so I called the location. I was then told that the three staff members I spoke with yesterday handled it incorrectly and that I actually need to call my home location in Michigan and send a written letter to cancel.The frustrating part is that I specifically came into the gym in person to avoid exactly this kind of runaround. Not one person mentioned yesterday that I needed to contact my home location or send a letter. Clear communication and proper training on cancellation policies would go a long way in preventing situations like this.

I love this Gym! I love the classes All the way to the massage chairs and hydro beds! The sauna is probably my fave Lol. Thizzy is so fully of energy, he keeps you motivated for sure. He trains well so in class, if your posture is not right he will fix you up and have you feeling it the right way! I love classes with Becky! She is also full of energy and keeps the class pumped. Malik is great I love his treadmill classes! The manager is awesome He makes sure you have what you need and want. Thanks for such a great experience with working out they make it easy to come and want to come because we all know it can be a big struggle sometimes.
