Be warned canceling is a nightmare, and they will do everything to squeeze every bit of money out before they actually let you cancel.

I feel bad posting a poor review on the establishment but as the Zumba instructor Jessica Bird does not have a business page I'm stuck posting this here; very poor professionalism from the Zumba instructor, she targets me due to conflict with another student of hers Megan Ann Myers who was video and audio recorded at another establishment being aggressive and physically blocking me from leaving trying to get away from her. Jessica Bird has also shown massive favoritism to certain students only allowing the people she chooses to go on stage and ignoring me asking if I can dance a song up there. To top it off Jessica allows Megan's sister to sit on the side of the room and she does not participate for the full hour. It makes it really distracting and uncomfortable her sitting there watching us. I reported this feedback to the front desk and they showed up again the next week and her sister just sat there. If I tried to just sit there I'd get kicked out for not participating. Very unprofessional place allowing this, very unprofessional zumba instructor. I do not recommend Jessica Bird's Wednesday night Zumba class at all.

I have only been to this location once, but my experience so far reflects Sheisty business practices and money grabs over client experience and satisfaction.The general manager Raul, Im assuming, during my visit tried to get me to sign up with my bank account(DO NOT DO THIS. You can refute a charge from them with a credit card but you are SOL if they get your bank account info) I declined and he pushed, I declined again. After the tour, he asked me if I was interested in an appointment with a personal trainer to get a body scan/talk about my fitness goals; I was not so I declined, he pushed, I declined again, he pushed further so I agreed to the 10 appointment. I later called to cancel this appointment because I felt badgered into saying yes. I was told by Raul over the phone that charge is, of course, not refundable. This was odd to me because I assumed I was talking to the manger, he certainly can make an exception? Right? I had the appointment scheduled for less than 24 hoursalsoits 10The facilities, 3:30 on a Friday, were okay. All but one of the stalls in the ladies bathroom were unflushed and toilet paper strewn about the floor yuck :/ not to mention the treadmills had ground-in dirt/crumbs.Unfortunately, based on other reviews, it seems like my experience is not too far off from many others. I feel a bit trapped by my membership now, knowing that cancellations and refunds are probably out of the question for them. I will most likely continue to go, but if they are trying to build a community here, they are severely missing the mark. I would like to be treated like more than a checkbook to this gym. Hopefully they take these reviews seriously.update: I sent an email to their member care team. Will update if they refund me or not.
