Overall good gym. Can be a bit crowded at times. Some members sit on machines too long without using them.

I just signed up last week after being out of a gym for two years and hesitant to go back due to an injury. As you know movement is medicine and a huge part in getting your body right again. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome which meant alot as this is something I value. They personalized my experience and listened to my story welcoming me to the crunch family with open arms. I am grateful to be here and excited to continue my fitness journey in a safe environment where I feel seen and respected. I am looking forward to growing in this gym and I appreciate the staff making me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend giving this location a try!! Plus, the hydro massage bed is also amazing and very helpful for managing chronic pain as well. Thank you to the Crunch team for all the hard work you do!!!!

The gym is supposed to open at 5:00 AM, but instead of getting a workout in, Im sitting here at 5:38 AM writing this review. This is now the second Monday in a row that it hasnt opened on time, and its not just Mondays there are plenty of days where it opens 510 minutes late.This has been going on for years, and it doesnt seem like management has made any real effort to fix or address the issue. Consistency with opening times should be a basic expectation.Why not implement a key fob or automated entry system that unlocks the doors between 46 AM, and staff show up at 6? It would solve the problem completely.Imagine waking up at 4 AM and driving 20 minutes expecting to get a workout in before work, only to sit in the parking lot waiting for someone to show up. Its becoming really frustrating.
