Stay as far away from this franchise as possible! They will NOT let you cancel your membership! And i am on a month to month membership, that i was specifically told was not a contract. The Regional manager acted like her hands were tied, which I know is a complete fabrication, and she was very unprofessional. I would assume this is why the managers at this location are also rude and unprofessional. It starts from the top! I have been a member at this location for 3 yrs, never missed a payment, never late. I recently ruptured my ATFL, and needed to pause the membership. I called in February, but they said I had to show up in person, which i explained I could not do, as I could barely walk. I have been out of work for almost 2 mths. Still paid January and explained I could not pay February and the membership had to be paused. They refused and charged me for February anyway. When I was able to go in person in March, I put a pause on the membership. Everything was fine, until I started to get calls from a third party affiliation. Now saying I owed money. When I called Crunch to see why no one from that facility called to let me know what was happening. The manager that handles the cancelations informed me she was on vacation and no one is able to do her job. Pretty much I was not important! The Regional manager had no issue with this. I dont think i have enough space to write how absolutely disgusting this company is! They 100% do NOT care about their members! Please, go to any other gym! I also started researching Crunch! I am not the only one this has happened too. Please look up their reviews for all of the US. I wish I had before joining them!
