I had made polite inquires to the manager and regional manager to discuss the conditions of the gym and on all occasions their lip service was the only action taken. I have also reached out corporately to member service only to get deferred to the regional manager.For many months the gym has had broken machines, broken locker doors, shower fixtures broken, showers without water, sauna smelling like urine, locker room is disgusting, trash everywhere. Overall cleanliness is not kept up all around the gym.The manager blames the maintenance person but SHE is the one to go above him and have the responsibility for getting results within her facility. It is a shame because the gym is nice but the lack of upkeep will have the doors closing very soon.If you prefer a gym with these "fine amenities" have at it, as for me I am done with this place, I will go to a gym where they truly care about the customer.

Ive been pretty disappointed with this Crunch location. They frequently dont open on time which is frustrating when you plan your workouts around their posted hours. Opening is supposed to be 5:00am but they realistically dont open until 5:30am. The facility itself isnt very clean as there is noticeable dirt in multiple areas, which makes it uncomfortable to work out. On top of that, several machines are broken or out of order and they seem to stay that way for long periods of time.
