Save yourself some stress and money by staying away from this place. I’ve been working out for over 25 years and have been a member of dozens of gyms around the world, but this is by far the worst. The facility is filthy—weights and plates are scattered everywhere, and the place feels more like a mess than a gym. Based on previous feedback from months ago, the same issues still haven’t been addressed. Nothing has improved. I personally spoke with the manager about several concerns, but it doesn’t seem like they care. Today, I told them I wanted to cancel my membership and not return. That’s when I realized I had been misled—they refused to cancel my membership despite what I was originally told. At this point, my only option is to contact my bank and block further charges. I will also be looking into ways to report this business. The front desk manager comes across as unprofessional and dismissive, and management should seriously reconsider who they have in that position.

STAY AWAY!!! Management is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, even tried Corporate office which is a JOKE with no direct contact and the SO-CALLED regional manager doesn’t return calls either. My account was initially put on freeze then cancelled which is fine but ended up in collections. How does this happen….SMH. I gave ONE Star but only because I had too and I’ve been a member of several gyms over the past 20 years. I was warned before I joined CRUNCH and regret I did, now I have to waste time fixing the mess they made with no communication.

Crunch has been an amazing gym for me. I’ve been coming here since July 2025 and the staff is truly amazing. This gym is clean, has new equipment, and everyone here is so sweet!
